Hello! I am Lawrence and I am passionate about pastry.

My interest in food sparks off under many influences of celebrity chefs and cooking shows; hence I decided to teach myself to cook and eventually became a hobby when I was 12.

I love cooking because is the way to express my creativity and passion in food. Inspired to explore and trying something new is my way of learning. Cooking is all about making others happy. By preparing delicious creations to make their belly smile gave me a huge sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.

With my adventurous enthusiasm in pastry arts, I participated in several international pastry competitions around the world.

A dream to inspire others and keeping up the art of pastry making alive. I continue to strive towards my passion and bringing yummy creations to you.

The French Pastry patisserie, formerly as The Patisserie started from a home based business in 2020, specialising in French patisserie with influence of local flavour.
