Ordering Info

  • Select the weight and quantity, add to cart and fill up the collection form with dates selection.

  • For bulk orders, more than 5 quantity, please contact us for availability.

  • We recommend placing an order online at least 3 days in advance with order fully paid.

  • Make payment through online secure payment via credit/debit cards. All pricing are listed in SGD.

  • An order confirmation email will be send to you shortly after payment has been verified. (Kindly check your Junk/Spam inbox in case is in there)

  • Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled. (View Cancellation Policy below)

  • Pre-order is required as the cakes are prepared after order confirmation. However, we do have extras in store for same day collection/delivery. Kindly contact us via WhatsApp to enquire.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation / Postpone of orders has to be made at least 4 days or earlier prior to delivery/collection date.

  • There will be a non-refundable processing fee of 10% of the payment amount once order is placed. (Including delivery fee)

  • No refunds will be given for orders that are 3 days before date of collection/delivery as we have invested in time, manpower and ingredients in the preparation.

  • Select “Pickup option” at checkout page for in-store pick up

  • We provide delivery at a flat rate charge island wide, except off shore Islands (Sentosa, Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin)

  • Peak 2-hour slots (11am - 1pm) OR (4pm-6pm) : $25

  • Non-peak 4-hour slot (1pm-4pm) : $18

  • Please keep the cake refrigerated as soon as possible upon collection or receiving the order, we recommend not to leave out for more than 2 hour.

Additional information:

  • Our cakes are best consumed on the day of collection, you may also keep it refrigerated for up to 3 days from the day of collection. Please do not keep the cakes in freezer as it will affect the taste and texture.

  • Our cakes are not Halal certified, however we use Halal ingredients in our bakes.

  • Our cakes used gelatine derived from fish. Gelatine substitution version is available upon request for vegetarian option.

  • Our cakes are made without using any preservatives and are made after order confirmation.
