Traditional pandan chiffon sponge made with fresh pandan juice and coconut cream. Filled with fresh avocado mousse infused in gula melaka. Delicate and moist gateaux in its natural green.

Refrigeration is required, best serve chilled and consume within 3 days from the day of collection. Do not freeze.
