Tiramisu Gâteau

Classic Tiramisu with a modern twist, consist of Souffle sponge soaked in Espresso liqueur and rich sabayon mascarpone mousse encased in cocoa infused French crepes. Topped with mascarpone chantilly cream with generous dusting of dry cocoa.

Refrigeration is required, best serve chilled and consume within 3 days from the day of collection. Do not freeze.
