Teochew famous dessert, Orh Nee. This beautiful gateaux consist of handmade purple yam scented French crepes layered with smooth and creamy Orh Nee infused pastry cream with sticky milk mochi pieces. Topped off with Orh Nee lava, candied ginko nuts and intense pumpkin cream. Aromatic on every bite! Best serve chilled.
