Teochew famous dessert, Orh Nee. This beautiful gateaux consist of handmade purple yam scented French crêpes layered with smooth and creamy Orh Nee pastry cream. Finish off with Orh Nee, candied ginko nuts and intense roasted pumpkin cream. Aromatic on every bite! Best serve chilled.

Also available in Gluten-free version, incorporating Mochiko flour into the crêpes batter, giving a slight chewy mochi texture. Available in 600g and 1kg size.
