Orh Nee Lava Chiffon

Incorporating timeless classic chiffon cake with old school dessert Orh Nee, this gateau consist of purple yam infused chiffon sponge filled with delicate Orh Nee lava. Topped with candied ginko nuts.

Refrigeration is required, best serve chilled.

We recommend not leaving out at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Do not freeze the cakes. Consume within 3 days from the day of collection.
