Pulut Hitam Orh Nee Mille Crêpes

This gateau combines Pulut Hitam and our signature Orh Nee cream into one crepes cake. Consist of handmade purple yam scented French crêpes layered with Pulut Hitam pastry cream and Orh Nee cream with yam chunks. Topped with Pulut Hitam, candied ginko nuts and Orh Nee. Best serve chilled.

We recommend not leaving out at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Do not freeze the cakes. Consume within 3 days from the day of collection.
