   French butter tart shell with coconut-almond frangipane, filled with a baked cheesecake and Orh Nee. Topped on a candied ginko nut.

4. Orh Nee Mochi Soufflé Roll

   Delicate souffle sponge rolled up with Orh Nee cream and chewy milk mochi, topped with more Orh Nee, mochi and ginko nuts.
